Trauma Informed Social Emotional Learning

Equity in action means establishing a trauma informed school to proactively support the needs and development of all learners. The key collaborative component of this professional learning invites participants to conduct a needs assessment of their own practices while identifying opportunities for improvement. We will review best practice in crisis intervention, suicide gatekeeper training, universal screening for depression and ACEs, targeted interventions, social-emotional learning, and restorative practices. This workshop is an action focused roadmap that lays out the specific and necessary progressive initiatives combined with informed practice to make your school trauma informed!
