Many high schools and middle schools have changed from a traditional 8 period day to various forms of "Block" scheduling with 60 or 90 minute periods. This hands-on course will share teaching strategies that can be used in longer class blocks. This course is appropriate for teachers of middle or high school; all subjects. Participants are encouraged (but not required) to bring a laptop.
