Description: Come stretch your brain!! This course creates an environment and develops strategies for promoting critical thinking in the classroom. The focus is on developmentally appropriate methods for modeling thinking, questioning strategies, problem-solving, metacognition, listening skills, and classroom interaction. Participants will be encouraged to examine their own lessons and units to infuse critical thinking throughout the curriculum. *This mini-course fulfills the requirement for Teaching for Critical Thinking.
