Is Reading Workshop new to your district? Do you want to use a Balanced Literacy approach in your school but don't know where to begin? This 3 hour workshop will help you get started. We will focus on how to implement Reading Workshop into your classroom. You will walk away with an understanding of how to assess students and run effective guided reading groups while managing the rest of your class. Reading Workshop will help improve reading comprehension and foster a love of reading in your students.
