Want to learn some exciting new technology applications that you can use with your students? Don't have the time to time a face-to-face professional development course after school? Come and sign up for the "New Tech Apps for Teaching" course. This 100% asynchronous online class, taught through the Canvas Learning Management System will teach participants five new apps that be used with students in all grades and disciplines. Participants are then encouraged to use at least one app in their class and share their experience with their fellow classmates.

NOTE: This is an ONLINE mini-course. It does not meet for face to face classes. Instead, using the Canvas Learning Management System, students will work asynchronously with professor guidance through the course over a 2.5 week period, totaling approximately six hours of work. There will be small assignments that need to be submitted each week. All assignments must be completed to get PD credit for the course. Login information will be provided upon course acceptance.
