Children are being bombarded by so many external factors nowadays. Between sports, technology and spending excessive time on social media; where does school fit in? The importance of SEL social emotional learning in the classroom shows reduce levels of stress and increased prosocial behavior. The formative five: empathy, grit, self-control, embracing diversity and integrity are the key ingredients to having anxiety/ stress free classroom environment. In this mini course, you will receive the skills needed to increase your student social and academic performance. SEL is the future in our students educational needs.
