TITLE: Bringing 20time to Your Classroom
DATE: April 6, 2016
TIME: 4:30-7:30 PM

LOCATION: Columbia High School, Room D211-17 Parker Avenue, Maplewood, NJ 07040
INSTRUCTOR: Stacey Bachenheimer

20time in the classroom is based on an idea made popular at Google and other companies where employees spend 20% of their work week developing products of their own choice. Gmail was a result of a 20time project at Google, and 3M’s yellow sticky notes were another 20time project. 20time in the classroom establishes a student driven, passion-based, autonomous, learning environment. During 20time students question, think, learn and explore things they love and are curious about. 20time gives students the chance to be in charge of their own learning!
