TITLE: Bad Behavior: A Positive Psychological/Social Approach (Help Cool Your Nerves, Warm Your Heart)

Behavior impacts us daily. Join me in discussing, analyzing, role-playing and strategizing how to groom a positive environment as a way to decrease problem behaviors. The outline is a three-prong-therapeutic hypothesis- 1. Understand the behavior, 2. Connect/Disengage, 3. Soothe via a simplistic positive counseling style led by Mr. Paternoster, who has 40 years of experience with behavior problems and special education as a counselor, teacher, administrator and disciplinarian in both private and public schools. The workshop attempts to be interactive, passionate, educational and dedicated to helping you, your institution and fellow human beings.

Audience- Aides, Teachers, Counselors, Administrators, Business and anyone who works on a team.
