TinkerCAD is a free, easy-to-use 3D design and modeling tool that allows educators and students to quickly create and print their own 3D designs. In this hands-on workshop participants will design and create files for 3D printing. We will build upon the basics of 3D design using TinkerCAD and explore more advanced features as well.
We will also explore how to create a 3D print from any drawing. This has some great applications for younger students and students with special needs. We will also learn how 3D designs can be used in AR/VR, augmented reality and virtual reality. You will be amazed at what you and your students can create.
